Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for your interest in collecting artwork from Snjezana’s Fine Art Creations. Because each piece is created with great care and intention, the following policies apply to all purchases.

Original Artwork

All original artworks are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. Each original piece is unique and one-of-a-kind, often containing personal artistic elements, making replacements or exchanges impossible.

However, the artist reserves the sole and absolute discretion to consider exceptions in rare circumstances. Any exception must be requested in writing and approved directly by the artist. Approval of any return or refund request is not guaranteed.

Limited Edition Prints & Reproductions

Limited edition prints and reproduction items are also generally considered final sale due to the nature of art production and handling. If an item arrives damaged during shipping, the buyer must notify the studio within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic documentation of the packaging and artwork.

If damage occurred during transit and is verified, a replacement print may be issued when available.

Shipping & Handling

Snjezana’s Fine Art Creations carefully packages all artworks to ensure safe delivery. Once a package has been shipped and is in the possession of the carrier, the studio is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.

Condition of Artwork

Buyers are encouraged to review all images, descriptions, and dimensions carefully before purchasing. Due to variations in screens and lighting, colors may appear slightly different in person.
